DILLSBURG, Pa. (April 24, 2007) – Lobar Inc., a family-owned and operated construction company, has completed these contracts:
Dauphin County Project: Construction of the new 174,000-square-foot Middletown Middle School, comprising a three-story classroom building, 790-seat auditorium, 768-seat gymnasium and team locker rooms, and single-story tech-ed, kitchen and cafeteria spaces. The project also included extensive site work consisting of landscaping, parking lots and three recreation fields. Lebanon County Project: Construction of the new 160,000-square-foot Annville-Cleona High School, comprising a two-story classroom wing, industrial arts facilities, administrative offices, auditorium with music rooms, and athletic facilities including a gym, wrestling room, weight room and locker rooms.
