CLINTON, CUMBERLAND AND FRANKLIN COUNTIES

DILLSBURG, Pa. (March 5, 2008) – Lobar Inc., a family-owned and operated construction company, has completed these contracts:

Adams County
Project: Renovations and additions to Bermudian Springs High School. In the existing building, the renovation of the auditorium, music and stage areas, and library will be accompanied by new classrooms, writing lab, guidance suite and band room. The 95,000-square-foot addition will include an administrative office, classrooms, family consumer science suite, computer labs, art room, agriculture labs/classrooms/greenhouses, kitchen and cafeteria, receiving room, restrooms and gymnasium.
Client: Bermudian Springs School District

Clinton County
Project: Construction of elevator shafts and installation of elevators in East Campus Building and Zimerli Gymnasium.
Client: Lock Haven University

Cumberland County
Project: Construction of student recreation center comprising new gymnasium with synthetic rubber sports floor and indoor running track, cardio workout facility, weight room, two racquetball courts and lockers.
Client: Shippensburg University

Franklin County
Project: At Letterkenny Army Depot, construction of one-story “less than truckload” ammunition shipping facility comprising 3,800-square-foot office, 10,600-square-foot warehouse, and 1,200-square-foot outdoor deck. The project includes 10 overhead rolling doors, two hydraulic dock levelers and a fire-protection sprinkler system.
