DAUPHIN, LEBANON, POTTER AND YORK COUNTIES

DILLSBURG, Pa. (May 29, 2008) – Lobar Inc., a family-owned and operated construction company, has completed these contracts:

Cumberland County
Project: Construction of Shaull Elementary School, which comprises two stories and 82,000 square feet.
Client: Cumberland Valley School District

Dauphin County
Project: At Central Dauphin East Middle School, 11 phases of renovations and additions bringing total square footage to 127,390. Additions include eight classrooms and the expansion of the library and kitchen areas.
Client: Central Dauphin School District

Lebanon County
Projects: Two separate contracts for the battalion training complex at Fort Indiantown Gap in Annville. The first contract comprised the construction of 10 buildings, including four barracks, and a parking area; the second contract comprised four 6,000-square-foot additions to barracks.
Client: U.S. Property & Fiscal Office for Pennsylvania, Department of Military and Veteran Affairs

Potter County
Project: At Cherry Springs State Park, construction of one-story comfort station, concrete sidewalks and parking area.
Client: Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources

York County
Project: In Jackson Township, construction of new 355,000-square-foot Spring Grove High School that includes three-story and two-story classroom wings, library, gymnasium, auditorium, natatorium, grand commons/gallery area and athletic fields.
Client: Spring Grove Area School District
