IN SIX PENNSYLVANIA COUNTIES AND ELMIRA, N.Y.

DILLSBURG, Pa. (Oct. 21, 2008) – Lobar Inc., a family-owned and operated construction company, has completed these contracts:

Berks County
Client: Hamburg Area School District
Project: Construction of 110,000-square-foot Hamburg Elementary School on 16-acre site in Tilden Township and demolition of 100-year-old, 30,000-square-foot school building on the site.

Bradford County
Client: Troy Area School District
Project: Comprising three buildings and site work including grading and parking lots. At commons building, renovations and addition of auditorium; at high school, renovations (including new windows and entrances) and administrative addition; at middle school, new windows and entrances, interior finishes, ceilings and finish on gym floor.

Cumberland County
Client: Shippensburg Area School District
Project: At Nancy Grayson and James Burd elementary schools, renovations, additions (vestibules and administrative space) and new bus loops.

Franklin County
Client: U.S. Army Engineering & Support Center
Project: At Letterkenny Army Depot, renovations and upgrades to a security entrance, including addition of guard shacks, electrical/communications building, and auxiliary building.

Lebanon County
Client: Lebanon School District
Project: At South West Elementary School, 32,000 square feet of renovations and 16,500 square feet of additions to one-story building.

York County
Client: York City School District
Project: Renovation of three-story former manufacturing facility at 31 N. Pershing Ave. into school district office space. The project has earned Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design silver certification.

Elmira, N.Y.
Client: Elmira City School District
Project: At Riverside Elementary School, 52,044 square feet of renovations to existing building, demolition of a portion of the building, and additions of a classroom and library. Site work includes replacing existing basketball courts and playground equipment.
